Fixed up my winter bike today, a Specialized Expedition, which Mrs. GA calls the Specialized Expectation, because it has sat in the garage since March, looking for a fork and some other necessities. Tuna salad sandwich for supper, as it is hot out. Hot till Friday or Saturday, then remarkably cooler. We had a outflow boundary from a thunderstorm line to our north cool things off this afternoon, just as I was working on the winter bicycle.

It knows.

In order to find out how much the P&P would be at Amazon, i had to go 80% through the purchase process before turning back and heading to Ebay for free delivery on the same product. The delivery from Ebay is due tomorrow. The one from Amazon turned up yesterday

I ordered a solid fork for mine, as when I got mine, the suspension components were non-existent. It turned out to be the wrong head tube size, so I kept looking around, and found one of the right size attached to a bicycle frame(Giant) that had been clumsily resprayed at a local recyclers. I've pretty much gone through every component on this bicycle, due to the rust and lack of care given it in its' previous life. I'm planning on reconfiguring the handlebars as I don't need riser bars on a bicycle this large.
