[Gravity Aided]

We used to use a chloroform preparation to clean film. I had a university student who was working in the shop sniff it one day to prove it was not the same. After he fell down, we spent the afternoon plying him with coffee to get him woken back up, so he could drive home. Livens up the lunch hour.

Just finished having a bit of a sort out of my coats/jackets, mainly after buying two new ones these last few weeks (I have a bit of a coat buying addiction)
Found five that have had to be put into storage as they are a bit on the snug side for some reason

After waking up with a rather sore head I took it easy today until the warm weather coaxed me out to do some hill repetitions. I've got a different kind of soreness now.

40 odd miles cycling in the sun with very little breeze and scampi and chips for lunch was a great way to spend the day.

Not been doing too bad with the return to work. The early start and early finish hasn't worked too well. Ended with two 10 hour days last week.

Had to sit through two different management meetings today. I'd been in since 7am so made my excuses and left the second meeting just after 3 and have gone to bed now. Done in by lack of movement.

My new super duper chair is crap. The back is mesh with adjustable straps but there is not enough tension to push my lumbar area forward. Found out it's just the same chair others seem to get, rather than specific for back injuries. £550 it cost and now has an Aldi lumbar cushion on it. Going to contact the supplier about it. Just not upto the job. I didn't even get to try it out before delivery.
