I'm considering the matter of not using the Internet for the whole of September. No surfing, no news sites, no shopping and no forums. I wonder if I can do it?
I couldn't... Well not without someone confiscating all my devices and not going to work... I'd find it so frustrating not being able to look things up and have an answer at the click of a few buttons (yes I'm addicted!)

I keep considering something similar but always find excuses not to.

Maybe do a day first, then three days, a week and so on.

It will be difficult not knowing what rocky has had for his tea, or how many chickens hoppy has bought but I reckon it's doable ^_^

Understanding neighbours are required I suspect.
The big brown ones are very quiet and the smaller ones only tend to speak up when they see us and want something, it tends to be the Roosters that make the noise and no way we'd have a Cockerel.

Also whilst we can't sell the eggs that they still produce, a neighbourly gift every now and again works wonders.

Our detached neighbour has CCTV covering his house and garden and a bit of the side of ours, he told us a while back that when it's quiet at his car lot, he will live view and watch the girls pottering about in their run.

Have the chickens any say in being watched on camera?
