My mate has just picked it up. Brought a bottle of red and a bottle of white wine !! Very happy with how the bike looks now. His lad doesn't yet know it's gone for repair, but will be happy he can get to and from friends houses in the next village now it's working. I said don't leave it outside all the time.

Bargain of the day. We've got a new dining table on order, and need new chairs. We've seen some we like in Dwell, and the colour we want is reduced from £100 each to £50. Turn up at the Trafford Centre store and it's closing. Got 3 ex. display chairs for £75 for the three. Got home, phoned the new store that's opened at Old Trafford, ordered another 3 at £50 each, with a £20 off voucher. So got 6 chairs for £205 and not £600. Whoop.

I have finished sanding down a vintage sewing box for today.

Sainsburys sent their man so i am now well stocked in tea again.

Not a drop of alcohol has passed my lips for the last 9 days and not a drop will pass them again until the 3rd June.
