Friday night is Irish night again, this time it's The Dublin Legends. May have to suffer a pint or two of Guinness

Just mentioned 'revision' to my son. Stopped the internet connection to his PC.

Has GCSE Science (year 10) exams next week. He's been on the internet since 4pm, complete meltdown, threw his sharps bin downstairs and wouldn't pick it up.

Told him to check his bloods, in the 20's - hyper rage (normal bloods are 4-5). He's still not calmed down. He can stew.

Gah, teenagers, exams, gaming more important and high blood sugars (probably didn't take insulin for tea despite being told the carb content by me)

Hmm mine has only one exam this year and I forgot it was today so too late for revision.... Some sort of life skills exam... Not looking forward to next year when I suspect we will have to have a period every day when the Internet is down:rolleyes:

The BT hub is great and even better with the fact he has a gaming PC that uses gigabit lan, because wifi is too slow. Login to the router from my phone or PC and bang, it's off.

It's his own lookout. It's a year early but they do part of the REAL GCSE science exams this year, then mocks for the others later in the month, then next year. He is a bright lad, A grade capable, but he won't revise. They won't be 'advised'.
