Apparently when the weather is nice there is a guy who likes to sunbathe nude somewhere on the fields near by haven't seen him but have read about him, some are more understanding than others.

We have a new shared path at the end of the road so it was rude not to try it.

Lovely out. Just picked up some MTB shorts and a cordless hand held hedge trimmer (very light weight). Crazy the random stuff you can get from Aldi. I did get Aberdeen Angus burgers, salad stuff, bangers and some steak for a BBQ later (watch it rain).

My complaint to PALS has worked and got a call to go see my consultant this morning, couldn't make it as I had a one to one pilates at my physio practice. Booked to see consultant next Thurs. Busy next week, got my Case Manager on Monday, Weds another pilates, Thurs Consultant. How did I ever have time to work ?
