Still and forecast to be all day. Light cloud tomorrow with outbreaks and apparently again on the official Saturday of the week.

It feels like Friday afternoon at the moment, my ipod is on shuffle and I have just gone from McFly to The Rocky Horror Picture show, that is just awesome!

Glorious out. The tan is coming on.

Did a bit of hedge trimming with the Aldi cordless doobrie. Ok for minor jobs. Then thought the trees over the fence needed a trim, so out came the long reach chain saw (another Aldi garden tool). Chop chop.

Had a minor brain wave. Wife bought some stainless steel globes to go on a few fence posts but for the life of me I can't drill them. Bingo, I had some of the expanding wood glue left. Works a treat sticking steel to wood.

BBQ is on the go and I'm sat in the arbour having a cider.

It was a busy Friday here this morning but I'm now declaring an emergency Sunday.

Only my Mother who does passport check and send at the post office on a regular basis can f*$k up her grand-daughters I have now had to grovel to the head mistress to get her to sign the photos tomorrow morning so I can get it sent back to them ASAP... she gave me the run around all afternoon spouting crap about procedures.... the nice office ladies who also dislike her told me it was crap and then had a word in her ear saying I might have a Mrs P style meltdown in the middle of the school office again if she would not sign them She is signing them first thing tomorrow morning
