lovely morning, so I'm going to get out for a walk.

Stuff my landlady wanting the house clean for the 'photographer' (aka the estate agent) to be here at 2:15pm when she knows I have to be lying down by then. Not to mention then fact that there is stuff of ours here still and that the estate agent has kindly arranged for a 2:30pm viewing, and 2 unescorted viewings (hopefully landlady's partner will do this not me) at 5:45pm and 6pm... ahhhh

We had rain this morning but it's clearing up now. Must be heading north

Back from a nice ride through country and along the seafront.

We have a new shared path at the end of the road so it was rude not to try it.

Rain and storms again overnight, but dry now, bike loaded on back of car for homeward commute. It may storm again tonight, then dry and cold for the weekend.
Bending new sails today, as my old uniform shirt was worn out, but a new one in evidence today.

We have a new shared path at the end of the road so it was rude not to try it.

Well we do have a folk and ale festival very nearby in Sandwich early July (8-10).Sandwich is a beautiful little medieval town with numerous hosteleries and Deal has even more plus 3 micro breweries at the last count.The Norfolk two are already coming so feel free to join us. I have a lovely combined coast and country loop ride with the ale festival right in the middle. Lovely B&Bs and a campsite close by too.

Oh and we are on the high speed train route too so 1hr 25 will get you to coastal bliss.

That is so smooooth. Mind, those wooden rails can get a bit nasty but at least they're not a foot away from water.

It is Friday...

I am being very naughty for once... not only have I played hooky all morning drinking coffee at another Mums house being throughly inappropriate and laughing lots... but I may actually make a start on the end of week work room clear up now and I may also make my excuses for the Village Market tomorrow morning and start my 3 days of child free weekend away after school drop off rather than after the market.... I can put my nose back to the grindstone on Monday!
