A road roller just went by, which means the team relaying the road through the village must be getting nearer. Nice smooth tarmac........here we come!!
Oh, and I passed a steam roller chugging up a big hill on Saturday. You go years without seeing a roller, and then all of a sudden they're everywhere!

I'm cutting down. I was on 100g of muesli and three spoonfuls of natural greek yoghurt on top for breakfast, now I am on 80g and two spoonfuls. Mind you, I have added a slice of fruitcake to my elevenses, which I'm eating now to save me getting up again.
