Apparently the City of Adelaide, the world's oldest surviving* clipper, was moored at Greenwich so I went out to see it. But it had gone. So I didn't see it.

*well, seagoing is what they meant.

I woke up at 3:30am to complete darkness. Amazing the difference a power blackout makes. Then of course, some electricity company techs setup right outside my house, and were using a mobile crane to lift themselves up to a nearby electrical pole to fix whatever caused the blackout. Well that's my sleeping routine stuffed for today. Didn't make a huge amount of difference, though, as I get up a 4am (what I term stupid-o'clock) to get ready for the early ride to work.

My old dog has peed all over the duvet and the floor. When we went in to the living room, after early morning walk in the garden, we found the sofa cushions to be pee soaked and the big cushion on the chair.

not yet - that usually happens when i try to put them in the bigger box. luckily only one part of the order was frozen as well, the correct part.
