I agree. My boy will leave or else. Empty threat is empty. Walk away from a car that's massively quicker than the rest so that someone else (about half the Grid I'd say) can come in and be WDC. Not really thought this out have you, you thug.

I find my sympathies in a different place at the end of the weekend to where they were at the start.

Aye, can't say I'm an enormous Horner fan (or Tito Wolff for that matter) but this is just daft and nasty.

Away from that, has Sainz just laid down a marker at Ferrari?

I hope he can keep it going. Fezza seem to forget that Sainz got their only win last year, and the only reason he didn't outscore LeClerc was largely down to bad strategy calls, crap stops, and broken cars, rather than his own driving.

I don't think LeClerc is all that. Like Raikonnen, on a good day he's very good indeed, but rhe rest of the time he's merely above average. Sainz is consistently above that and his racecraft is very tidy.

I dearly want Sainz to finish well ahead of the golden boy and shove it right up Ferraris corporate arse.

Jos banned from attending next week's GP as part of RBR, I read. He's losing the battle, isn't he.

The thing I can't understand is, if that transcript was a normal a shop manager and employee they would be fired. He came across as a massive letch.

I'm not sure how Horner is still going.

After the FIA president has intervened to ask Max to publicly back Horner.

It's all very weird

It could (not saying it is...) be as simple as RBR looked over the precipice and decided to make a commercial decision & tough it out.

Absolutely, because the team is in the sh** (short term) without him.

Even more of an injustice if he's too big to get rid of and the powers that be from RB and the FIA want it all to go away because it's negative attention on F1.
