I find my sympathies in a different place at the end of the weekend to where they were at the start.

I hope he can keep it going. Fezza seem to forget that Sainz got their only win last year, and the only reason he didn't outscore LeClerc was largely down to bad strategy calls, crap stops, and broken cars, rather than his own driving.

I don't think LeClerc is all that. Like Raikonnen, on a good day he's very good indeed, but rhe rest of the time he's merely above average. Sainz is consistently above that and his racecraft is very tidy.

I dearly want Sainz to finish well ahead of the golden boy and shove it right up Ferraris corporate arse.

LeClerc reminds me of Coulthard - on his day, with everything set up right he was blisteringly quick and a great racing driver. But he was prone to brain-farts like crashing in formation laps. LeClerc is just as erratic.

If you record the Grand Prix and then play it back backwards I find that it is far more exciting! It's amazing how they seem to finish in formation!

Finally got round to watching the highlights ,not that there was many . Did I hear correct Max's fastest lap was 1.6sec faster than anyone else ?
Going to be a 1 man show I fear my interest is dropping rapidly

Absolutely, because the team is in the sh** (short term) without him.

Even more of an injustice if he's too big to get rid of and the powers that be from RB and the FIA want it all to go away because it's negative attention on F1.
