Their decline of the last 2 seasons suggests very much otherwise. The only reason he hasn't been sacked for signing off on last seasons design debacle like any other team principal woukd have been is because he's a major shareholder himself.

It's not really a decline any more than RB declined when the turbo era took over or when Brawn won with a cheeky interpretation of the rules. One team got their concept right and now the cost cap means no one can develop their way out of it like yester year.

When one wishes to succeed one should emulate the habits of winners. What is Toto doing that Red Bull Spice isn't? Quite a lot, as it happens.

Emulate who? They have more titles and race wins than RB and have been in the sport a lesser amount of time.

Oh, and the recorded spoken word of a person who is directly involved is not hearsay - it's primary witness evidence.

The star witness now can't remember. Anyone can make anything up but the onus is on proof.

I think it's Toto's only chance of a win this season.

This isn't Kansas Toto...

Red Bulls not looking good in free practice today but I expect them to be there in race trim.

Ferrari getting my hopes up again, I wonder how they'll funk up this time

Mercedes' times are looking good but the cars not looking great on the track with a lot of movement to the rear. I expect they will be there or thereabouts on Sunday with good points and a possible podium.

Red Bull often don't do brilliantly in practice and the media gets all excited, only for Max to win by a comfortable margin on Sunday.

You'd think the media would have figured it out by now, but clearly not.

Yes they've been struggling today, but there will probably be someone at HQ on the simulator half the night figuring it out, if the engineers haven't got it figured out already.

Already improvements in 3rd practice which according to the BBC was won by Sainz with Russell in second, Norris in 3rd and Verstappen in 4th. I have no idea why they keep treating it like it's a race given that the timings have no bearing on anything at all.

RB have said that this track is one of the worst for their car. It will be interesting to see if the other teams can compete with them if it really does make it hard for them.

They've always treated practice like a race, lets see what happens in qualifying when they turn the engines up.

Well thats a shocker, but not unexpected with the way they were going in practice, both out in Q2.

Hmmm… RB is like a limpet for the whole season so far, new technical directives come in to clamp down on flexi floors and wings and suddenly it’s nowhere…

I was just about to post that, they've said all season that they were expecting this to be a bad track for them, I wasn't expecting it to be this bad, I wonder!
