Dead easy she keeps going off on holidays she can’t afford, drinks and drives, takes drugs, lives like a tramp and wrecks houses, and that’s a stable environment for kids! especially one with complex special needs, as well as being at risk of getting locked up, or her habits actually killing her

That aside, step back and think about that for a moment. There's some bloke out there who (presumably) paid to shoot on a woman, and a woman who allowed it to happen (presumably) for money.

There are separate urban legends about at least one 70s rock star and a famous TV actress involving the same thing, but thankfully no photos!

I have never seen anything suggesting she is anything other than a caring, loving mother who takes good care of her children. She has a lifestyle that neither you nor I would espouse or practice. This does not however make her an unfit parent whose children should be removed by the State.

So long as the paperwork is right and everyone necessary is informed along the way with paperwork trail then yes making it up. If the paperwork shows what is needed then all good it seems.

Did you read in the paper or online that she was a caring loving mother? Is this the reality or just a crocodile tears persona when the spotlight is her & promoted by her pr team on social media to deflect attention away from her well publicised bad habits?

Her actions and convictions prove she is a danger both to herself and others. Do you disagree?

That is one of the bleakest posts I think I've read on the web. I'm sorry you feel that.

In my experience of working with them it's quite often the "make it up as they go along" basis.

My words were borne of personal experience. It's an inexact science, perhaps a little like policing - there's a statutory framework, of course, but an awful lot of judgement and experience that's brought to bear to achieve the desired outcomes.

Are her children neglected?

I can see nothing in the affirmative on either.

The poster I was responding to was stating that her children should be removed. I am providing a counterpoint, pointing to the criteria that are applied.

I am not debating whether there should be consequences of her actions, I have said a number of times that I am sure there will be consequences, and that things will catch up with her eventually.

She was on MAsterchef at one point (they get paid!) and she did seem to be a reasonable family type cook

Of course - she might never do it at home - she might have got a "friend" to give her some lessons so she could look good
but it is more likely, from watching it, that she does actually cook kids meals at home

which is at least something positive about her that goes against what I see in the papers

Oh - and Harvey is in a care home of some kind - so she can swan around without worrying about him and without being uncaring as she knows he is being looked after

anyway - point is - the papers make her look bad - social medai (some of it) makes her look terrible - neither of which is the whoel truth

but she does drive drunk and high and seems to be able to ignore legal stuff at will

which has to be stopped
