Yes, my children between them share two, perhaps three of conditions that Harvey has; this probably gives me only a small insight into his complex care requirements, and I accept that due consideration to his care must be given when Price faces any future sentencing.

But since Price has travelled without him on multiple occasions, and even shipped him off to a residential college; it seems clear that some form of custodial sentence would be a possibility for her.

I think it's far from clear tbh, along with much else in this murky matter, but a Court will have access to the necessary expertise to make a determination, were it needed.

Indeed, but a long history of rule-breaking, unwise & unsafe behaviour behind the wheel, significant law-breaking and denial does little to curry favour, and Harvey should not be her shield to evade legal the process and due punishment for any transgressions.

I seem to remember she travelled to a red-list country during Covid restrictions, on the basis that cosmetic surgery and time in the sun was "work".

Having seen the TV news report, I’d say, several gallons of the stuff

I expect either she has talked/planned this all through with Harvey (and sorted out some sort of permanent care), or she has a very good lawyer who has said she won't go to jail because she is Harvey's main carer. It's hard to believe that she would just waltz through all of this having made no forward plans. Hopefully she won't get into a vehicle again though, whatever happens.

That aside, step back and think about that for a moment. There's some bloke out there who (presumably) paid to shoot on a woman, and a woman who allowed it to happen (presumably) for money.
