Why on earth did she fly home didn’t it occur to her she would be arrested? Much better if she had made her return to be met by HMRC, or perhaps she did and they sent plod to pick her up.

although I do note that the photos of her while she was away involved no bandages - but the report I read from when she was arrested said her face was "covered in bandages"

Once a warrant has been issued its out of the hands of HMRC and firmly in the courts remit.

She had a chance to engage positively and long ago declined to do so.

I delved into the tackier end of my Google news feed yesterday and read comments (attributed to her) that she was delaying her return home, stating a fear of being arrested in front of Harvey.

Oh dear, if only she could have somehow avoided the arrest warrant. Perhaps by not fleeing the country in the first place?
As a demonstrable flight risk, does it make sense that she was bailed last night. Perhaps her passport has been confiscated.

Indeed, she & her PR team would have been well aware of what awaited on her return to the UK, just shows what lowlifes she & her team are by using her children to gain sympathy when they could have so easily been kept out of the limelight.

He was travelling with her, which rather dilutes her argument that this was a "work trip".

Aaaah, that's a bit different. But as you say, if Harvey is along for the ride she is knowingly taking him on her spurious trips with their inevitable outcomes.

Harvey has complex issues including limited vision, autism, learning difficulties, Prader-Willi Syndrome, and septo-optic dysplasia. She's his carer. That's why he came along for the ride, I expect.

I expect either she has talked/planned this all through with Harvey (and sorted out some sort of permanent care), or she has a very good lawyer who has said she won't go to jail because she is Harvey's main carer. It's hard to believe that she would just waltz through all of this having made no forward plans. Hopefully she won't get into a vehicle again though, whatever happens.

Yes, my children between them share two, perhaps three of conditions that Harvey has; this probably gives me only a small insight into his complex care requirements, and I accept that due consideration to his care must be given when Price faces any future sentencing.

But since Price has travelled without him on multiple occasions, and even shipped him off to a residential college; it seems clear that some form of custodial sentence would be a possibility for her.
