The wind is blowing the water back up through the drains in my house now! Ears popping with the pressure changes.

Praying that the roof will hold out for another couple of hours as we should be over the worst by then. Right now is the forecast peak wind speed (46 mph average gusting to 63 ).

Finally, the wind seems to be abating a wee bit. Bring on the snow now, at least you can have a bit of fun with that! :snowball:
Those of us with access to only road bikes would like to cordially disagree with you

I chickened out today!!
Not from the commute, would probably have ridden to work, but it's a day off for me. ^_^
Really should have gone for a few errands too far away to walk, choose to vegetate at home instead
I can see the wind abating now ... too late, cannae be bothered leaving the house.

Not had a bike ride since last Thursday so now getting withdrawal symptoms. Have managed 2 x Wattbike sessions, 1 x spin class and a couple of hours on rollers in the kitchen ( must to the wife's disgust) Going to do a circuit training class at the gym tomorrow morning which should be interesting. Anything to keep the fitness up
