They have only fallen out once......since Arran, which was when I was out with @Morin sunday. I blame him.
He's a curse
In typical fashion i never got up early enough to cycle in, too many late nights
Same here... that coupled with waking up just before five for my seven o'clock alarm and not being able to get back to sleep again (four hours sleep doesn't fill me with energy)
He just rides faster - which doesn't augur well for the rest of us ....I woke up a little late, too. But cycling is my fastest way to get to work, so there is no excuses

The climbs up to Stirling castle are leg killers, you have the one that starts at the the fire station and the one that starts where Burger King used to be, that one is on the cobbles so it makes it more fun... They're good climbs but the do take it out of you..... You need to try the wee sharp climb up to the Wallace monument, am sure it's your spiritual home anyway, with you being a good campaigner for the YES votehttp://www.strava.com/activities/104954610?segment_created=true
25 night miles and climbed albert hal- Stirling castle without stopping or coming off the saddle. delighted with myself as thats night riding and a big single lane hill, two things I avoid like the plague
