It is a lovely hill, there was cake at the top last time I was there - 2 years ago? On a beautiful sunny day , @Rasmus fetched a few of us from the train station above Gourock and guided us through some back roads to the ferry.

I can't remember who it was who was shouting on the climb (for once it wasn't me) but I don't think any of us got up it and maintained any kind of grace or poise.

Which is why I'm speccing much lower gearing for the Kaffenback
