a wee drizzle started at around 7pm.
That figures. My train got in to Glasgow at 6pm. It was quite a nice evening, hence my decision to ride home despite having a ticket to Largs .

Forbidden or just daft?

I don't think it's forbidden but I wouldn't do it - though it is dual-carriage, it is a Sunday, might be other cyclists...

I'd rather negotiate a broken path though. I would point you back to Cramond but isn't that the way PFS comes in??

Done it - but missed out the curry bit, in favour of the Bridge of Weir chippy. I kid you not, I got rained on from Kilmacolm all the way to Largs. On checking the rain radar on RainToday.co.uk , I would appear to have been followed by the only rain cloud in the west of Scotland at that time. WTF is it with me and rain :cursing:.
Anyhooo.....Because of said rain I gave up on reaching a metric century for the day, but as the rain has now passed and I am only about 5 miles short, I might have to go out again. Does 2 separate rides 400 miles apart on the same day count as a metric century?
You are Rob McKenna and I claim my five pounds.
