Not quite, when you come up to end of pineapple, you go straight over instead of left. Them when you go up and over the small bump, you take the left towards the motorway

quick Denny to Lornshill route you may want to try. taking Hamilton road is an unnecessary trip to then take on the motorway roundabout when I imagine you would be getting there during rush hours
and get up Carron Valley road when free if you still plan on doing the evans 86 miler!

It was a bit breezy but that's probably for the best - you need a slower "recovery" type ride after your exertions, low HR, low cadence, etc.
