I hardly hear my neighbors at all , think I am in Scotland's only well built new build block of flats. If someone didn't use my wheelie bin now and again I would think I was the only person here

Audio gram was last year, my hearing is only limited in soft spoken voices, not massive gusts of wind and :rain:
You are very lucky. Not only do I know when my downstairs neighbour visits the toilet, I also know what she is doing there . Can also hear light switches going on/off, phone ringing, yappy dog, etc.. Apparently it is the same for her (apart from the yappy dog as I don't have one. Substitute that for slightly loud music from me!). Just as well we get on, which wasn't the case with the last neighbour .

A wee snow storm here as I look out of the window ... gotta ride to work later on
This is when the ice tyres pay for themselves: if it carries on snowing there will be no public transport for me to get back home, last time the weather got really bad people waited hours in the hope of a taxi appearing, most taxi drivers took themselves off the road.
I remember folks stranded in town setting out to walk 15 miles in the snow.
I can still cycle

I am not jealous....honest......she lies  You won't want to come back though.
He better come back in time for the 110 PfS

Didn't fancy the weather on the bike today, opted for walk instead, from Colinton down Water of Leith to the Botanics via a very agreeable lunchtime cafe in Roseburn. Saw first snowdrop in flower of the year. Disappointed to find Botanics closed, took 23 bus to Greenbank and completed return home via the WWI training trenches in Dreghorn Woods. Quite a decent covering of snow by the time we got home, fortunately for us the worst of it had fallen while we were on the bus.

Now that's a shame . Maison Scoosh is in Trinity and we could have provided you with a :cuppa: and maybe even some CAKE :hungry: to fuel you top the 23 bus terminus, 7 mins away !

Mrs Scoosh and I went to our BMF class in Inverleith park this am ... and the sleet/snow and wind :cold: were pretty unpleasant for the first 25 mins but we were kept moving :hyper: , so :training:, and :heat: kept us warm. Then the sky cleared and it wasnae so bad . Very muddy, though ! :wahhey:
