I'm only a year into cycling, and iv a belly that makes me look like labour is imminent. Iv accepted aint gonnna be fast, but have found a steady pace that took me up a few big proper hills last week without stopping. When I tried too hard to zoom up, it gave me a hr of 205 and the difficulty of trying to clip back into peddles on a slope. Slow and steady ,and it does get easier.

Discovered the other day that Team Sky (yes, that Team Sky) stayed in the same hotel that Gee and I did in Tenerife. Makes me feel a little bit better about my total capitulation on the TF-21 road.
