only managed 27 of 37 required miles before ankle and knee knocks started screaming at me. took a lot of persuading myself before I agreed to stop, have done enough suffering for this weekend. Boardman was running great.....anyone want to buy a Cube

Another great session at the velodrome last night. My legs have felt heavy after battling the insane headwind up the campsies on Sunday, but once I got on the boards the adrenaline rush from racing took over and I found myself pushing hard for the full 2 hours, and was rewarded with good positions in both the scratch and points races.

This morning's commute? Not so much fun...
