Yep- done all that but files just won't transfer over. I wonder if it's because I once paid for rwgps. May delete and reinstall.
Odd, I only have the Wahoo and strava apps on my phone, I use rwg and strava websites to plan routes, then they just appear in the wahoo app on the phone, I don't have to do anything else. On the elemnt itself I just sync and the routes appear, or if I forget I use the Wahoo app to send the route to the elemnt.

Ok, if its 65m at 15mph then should we be thinking about packed lunches ? ^_^ Weather looks good, we are outside and it might be tricky to find somewhere that can that's not too busy and can serve us all within the hour? Do we have an idea where we might stop? If so do we book ?Am I overthinking this?

Yes

But there's a good chance we all are. I think every time we approach a corner we'll scare the local wildlife with 6 different sat navs bleeping.

I'm sure kipster has already got us booked in to a nice little Italian place for a bowl of pasta and a glass of vino. Right Kip?

We'll stop in Sandown, which is about half way round. There is a chip shop,, several cafes (the beech cafe, the reef). This is the IoW in September.

Don't over eat the hills are straight after lunch

There is a Costa in the ferry port in Lymington and on the ferry

There is only a handful of us, don't panic. If we cant find somewhere, you'll be sacrificed for the greater good

I ate too much at the stop on the DD and for the next 2 hours paid for it quite badly. Coffee and a cake should do me just fine. I'll have nut bars and a couple of gels and plenty of fat reserves, so should be good :okay:

You won't be able to access body fats fast enough unless you've mastered ketosis. At the expense of optimal performance .

Carbs, carbs, carbs for me preferably in small packets

I try and keep carb intake low during the week, but I haven't cut it out altogether. I will take some carbs when I'm on the bike, but these are limited (usually Veloforte bars and apricots). I've cut out porridge before a ride out all together, I just have fruit and youghurt and some beetroot squash. I do carry emergency gels and will take a flapjack on a long ride. I've not had a problem at all this year when riding, but the longest so far this year has been 80. If I go pop at 85, I'll know why!

Kip and Tommy, the only thing that won't sync via the Element is rwgps! Strava and today's plan all fine. Tommy you can show me what I am doing wrong .

Just picked up new bike and I like it but my God am I going to have to become more supple to make the most of it. Longer in the top with a near 4cm greater drop to brake levers. Lovely ride and very flickable so will have to be wary of how quick it responds. It's a firm ride, especially given not yet put Hunt wheels on yet and those luvverly 28mm tubeless Ones BUT hit a hole or crap surface and it doesn't jolt the way the kinesis does.
Just warning you all though I may need a mid ride shoulder massage :okay:
