Someone said that she was approving comments. So we would never have seen any vile comments. I find it quite plausible she was subjected to a torrent of abuse, before she decided to shut down the pages.
In fact, her saying she's been getting vile comments is the most plausible thing I've read from her.

You may well be right, but at the same time she's referencing comments from her facebook feed and referring to them as abusive when they're anything but.
To be fair, she's made some very unpleasant comments herself, often in response to very polite and measured comments.
I've been watching her twitter feed and she's very manipulative, and is lying left right and centre about the comments she's made.

To be fair, this is what pretty much most people do.
When was the last time you heard a friend of yours say "I was having this massive argument with this bloke, I paused to consider the events and agreed he was right, shook his hand and apologised for any inconvenience"
I guarantee when one of your friends recounts the story, at least once it has been skewed in their favour, they miss out some of the events and if you'd heard the other side you would disagree with your friend telling you the events.
