poor old mark is on his own, I made it to slough and then suffered apunchure and tyre delamination
did not want to risk killing a zipp zed tech firecrest rim if I had any issues, so pulled out from the ride and got a lift home.

Maybe you should stop buying that cheap old rubbish Paul and invest in some decent kit No problem s**t happens thanks for the tips stopped down the road and adjusted my bars now alot better gotta sort that chain out though proper annoying noise

lol i have orded some new tyres, conti 4000 and ive increased from a 23 to a 25 which should reduce the rolling resistence of the wheel. Ordered some better Castelli gloves for winter as well.
Check the signature for the user mickle as it has a link to his site which has great advice for caring for your chain.
