Beep Beep Beep Beep (someone is reversing) yep im on a curfew Mrs starts work at 11 am so ive gotta be in for 10 to look after the boy. I will be out at 7 tomorrow for a couple of hours. So shall we say 9 am on Sunday at the rink unless you have something else come up.

Id love to but im more skint than a busker with no instrument this month id also like to try and save for that London to Brighton with the old car thing next month so no London for me this weekend but if you lot dont go off to the big smoke let me know.

My mate just bought a Felt Z4 with 105 today. Not as light as a full on race bike but it looks pretty sweet. They have compact cranks (50/34?) and what looks to me like a rear cassette off a mountain bike. Perfect for you hill-dodgers! (Trouble is, he'll want to go out with me for a ride and my bike is so tall-geared I might need a push from behind) 34:30 is probably a bit easier on hills than 39:23…
