Felt that just brings back memorys of last weekend . Went out this morning just me myself and i -pod tad over 20 miles bloody cold!!! found a great way to conquor Norm Hill................. Go the opposite way on the hill its far easier hope you girls are around tomorrow.

lol yea cycling at god forsaken time of the morning is not for me, thanks for the invite, but your right the lbs was happy to see me.. lol

Well we finalised some bits, specification of parts etc. We have been trying stems, bars, seatposts etc...... going to be nice

Yes ok thanks been commuting to work all week on my heavy as a car Mountain Bike so setting off this morning i felt like i was riding on a cloud I didnt go out as early as i should of didnt leave till 8am quite suprised how few people where out though usually the roads around here are littered with cyclists but not today maybe the cold weather (cos it was darn cold) put them off. Although im ashamed to say it was a bit boring without you grumpy,moaning,p taking, bunch of children to socialise with.
