36 miles on a 3 stone bike, head wind for the first half of the trip, is no mean feat!

That's Cindy, my 3 legged Staffie, and she was fine, she was brought up for the picture (taken on my Dad's iPad hence the bad quality. Also there was a lack of light. I would have had it taken outside, but hey ho) so she was obviously not quite comfortable yet.
I was also holding an iPad with the Cyclechat page on it, but the detail is lost, along with a.... and this bemused me slightly..... a small 'Gollywog' figure that Pat brought me to keep Nessie company. Thanks Pat!!
I have still think of a sensible name for him. Maybe something to do with Marmalade or similar
Sad git that I am, I loved them rubbing my back down!!
That was only in the HDU (High Dependency Unit) though as I was deemed fit enough to do it myself after that
