Oh for goodness sake!
I'm back home:cuppa:
36 miles on a 3 stone bike, head wind for the first half of the trip, is no mean feat!
Showered, fed, cat on lap, not upset at the least ... you ARE a nosy so and so though @classic33 ;)
I could have posted from my phone earlier on, was in company, seemed rude.
Here is the picture Doug's Dad took today:

Never intended to come across as a nosey so and so. Its just that I've been called/told I'm Mad Doug Biker, amongst others, hence the link. You did follow it, didn't you.
Your into catering hence me saying you'd have his dinner ready.
Let us know when the headache pills kick in, then I can ask the harder to answer question.

I don't think MDB's dog is very pleased with the pair of you encroaching on his sofa.
Upgrade the elec bike to a motorbike
How mucky is he? I could call the air ambulance if he's in urgent need of a bed bath. Just sandpapering the towels for extra roughness.

That's Cindy, my 3 legged Staffie, and she was fine, she was brought up for the picture (taken on my Dad's iPad hence the bad quality. Also there was a lack of light. I would have had it taken outside, but hey ho) so she was obviously not quite comfortable yet.
I was also holding an iPad with the Cyclechat page on it, but the detail is lost, along with a.... and this bemused me slightly..... a small 'Gollywog' figure that Pat brought me to keep Nessie company. Thanks Pat!!
I have still think of a sensible name for him. Maybe something to do with Marmalade or similar

Sad git that I am, I loved them rubbing my back down!! ^_^
That was only in the HDU (High Dependency Unit) though as I was deemed fit enough to do it myself after that :ninja::giggle:

Sorry to hear about the complications; hope it all gets worked out / connected up before too long.

Is a sore rear-end a good excuse to splash out on a recumbent trike?

On second thoughts, maybe splash out was an infelicitous turn of phrase, in which case, fairly sincere apologies.

He's probably enjoying/making the most of the down time. The medication will be affecting him & he'll take time to get used to it, as well as parts of him hurting.
