The weather. Had the day off work and the weather was glorious, well I say glorious, it was overcast and cold, but for the first time since I don't know when, it wasn't raining nor was it forecast to rain. So I went out all day cycling

Coming home from Newcastle I always seem to end up on the bus that involves the furthest walk at this end. But I took the opportunity to walk past the house where the chap has a little meadow of wildflowers. The snakes head fritillary have started to flower there. Not at it's best yet but enough to put a smile on my face.
