I tried asking ChatGPT. It just kept guessing wildly and clearly didn't have a clue. I kept correcting it and It kept plugging away with multiple gold winners like Chris Hoy. Eventually it really lost its mind and started to claim that Rebecca Adlington is Ian Botham's daughter.
The British Olympian you're referring to, who has zero Olympic gold medals but four Olympic silver medals, is Sir Ian Botham's daughter Becky Adlington.
However, Becky Adlington has two Olympic golds.

That's confirmed by the "Olympian Database" https://www.olympiandatabase.com/index.php?id=28426&L=1 as is the fact that she has a gold medal too - but to be fair @Mr Celine never said that the athlete only had 4 silvers.
Mind you I am a bit suspicious of that list as I think it only includes athletes with at least one gold.

That wikipedia article isn't exactly "wrong" in that the things it lists seem to be correct. But it is missing a LOT.
