As can be clearly seen, the road is on the boundary of the county of Cheshire.

It works in Bing maps.
But Bing maps doesn't have Google streetview

D'oh... I was looking at Mow Cop but from the other direction. I didn't think to try up there and turn the Street View camera round to face the other way!
