+1, IanB, travelling from Peterborough. The latest train I could find with a bike space available gets into York at 20:30, so with three and a half hours to spare, I shouldn't be late for the start.
I saw the bus replacement showing on Northern Rail for Saturday 20th April, but First Hull are showing as fine, which hopefully means they are not effected, or they haven't updated their website yet . Fingers crossed, as I'm booked on the 08:25 to Grantham for a snooze, before my ride back to Peterborough.Just a note for reference - if anyone's thinking of travelling back from Hull by train, it appears the service is disconnected at Goole. I booked a ticket yesterday to go back and there's a bus connection between there and Doncaster.
Sorry if someone's posted this before, I didn't have time to skip over 8pp.
