I might as well, in which case a £3.90 train tivket to London will be up for grabs. It depends on how knackered I feel, and whether I've sat in the sun while enjoying a Massive Fat Boy Breakfast with Extra Things

If this ticket back to London is still available I'm up for it according to forecast should be good for some sunbathing on beach or pier beforehand. See you at the proverbial manhole/pothole Chipstead try not to run me over! If it's gone does anyone else have a surplus back to London or Redhill/East Croydon?
Miranda I notice that you appear to have dropped of the list, does this mean I need not bring chocolate and mixed fruit peanuts to share? If you are riding I will have enough fuel to help propel you up DB.

It has not yet gone, but I might be training it back and need to see how other members of the party are feeling after the mandatory Huge Breakfast With Extra Fat Things.

However ,we might be tempted to ride back if only to gloat over the Chailey village hall flood for riders on the Hilly and Hillier.

OK understood lets take a rain check and see how you feel in the morning. I'm happy to offer some chocolate fuel as an insentive to get you riding back I just don't want to see the ticket wasted if I can trade it if for no other reason than a poor pensioner coming up 70 is trying like we all are to reduce our costs I might even be tempted to make it a "Fiver" to encourage you with more than 25% profit that's not bad and you can tell your mates you made a good profit on the day! If that's not temping enough how about a full moon atop Ditchling? (depends on the cloud cover of course and I said cloud not "Claude"!)

Marna is still on the list - I've handed her case papers over to my Enforcer, and I remain hopeful. Rebecca O-B had the great misfortune to be picking up her straightened bike from Brixton Cycles as I passed by this morning, and an inspection of her post-crash bruises meant, I am afraid, that her leave of absence has been rescinded. By such means the number is still at 101

Enforcers, Dell? You don't have my address, do you?

On a brighter note, the sky's clear over Brum, and there's a rather gorgeous sunset! I may be breaking out my new shiny bike for its first FNRttC. Don't tell Simon, but it doesn't have mudguards

It's a bit more complicated than that...

Doh!

(a fresh tube and a fresh tyre are probably also a good idea)
Anyone else arriving at Marylebone or Paddington?

Justin S, MBE (a FNRttC first?) will be arriving at Marylebone, and if he calls me I'll give him your mobile number if I may

Gah. My train doesn't get in until 2214.

You'll be pleased to learn that I am thoroughly prepared: the hip flask is charged with single malt.

Have given up all hope of restoring the Furai to some sort of order (for now) but can see the Seiran itching for a trip to the coast. Its only a bit bigger than the car... ;)
Can I get a +1 please Simon?
Andy.

Sorry to say that I won't be able to make it tonight. I have had a number of work issues, which meant I have had very little sleep all week and I am having to work late tonight as well.

Have a great ride everyone.

Davy Walnuts, I have a featherlight innertube that I was looking forward to handing over to you. Sorry, but I will make sure I bring along when we next ride together.

User13710 I owe you a beer for saving my helmet. With interest, by the next ride this will have risen to two beers!

See you all on 11th Nov.

Simon. I have sent you an email and a text.
