I bought a pair of these a couple of years ago and I paid 25 bloody quid for em! They have lasted well too. Look weird but they work!

They only have the extra large left of the rain legs ... how does the sizing come into it? The waist or length of the leg bit/both? How does it attach at your waist anyway?

I had an email stating the order would come today (a day earlier) and have made an effort to be present at home (wife stayed in as I went out). It shows 7am-7pm however no delivery so far.

A bit cheesed off as they shouldn't inform you if it not likely to turn up!

The legs roll up into a belt - you unroll them if you need them. I would guess the size is a combination of waist and distance from groing to knee. I bought small ones - because that's what I usually am with cycling gear. They're a tiny bit short. The waist band has an adjustable strap - I had to cut off about 18" and there's still loads left.
