Planning to treat myself to an Arione after Crimbo but I think I'll give one of those saddles a go to replace the rubbish OEM MOst Bengals on my bike. Nice find!!.

I bought a load of the Conti Race 28 tubes and I am not impressed with them. I found that it was difficult to get air in them until I'd reached 80 psi or so, this was because the valve was leaking until there was decent pressure in there to operate the auto close valve. I can repeat the test with all 5 of the tubes I bought, put about 10 psi in then dunk it in a bucket of water = loads of bubbles. Contrast with my Specialized and there is a perfect seal with the minimum of air.

& well quick to despatch.
They already e-mailed me to say my tubes on their way.
Although I agree with dodgy, they are not the easiest to get started.

How are they?

I'm wondering whether to go for one of these, or mount my Mars 4.0 on the rack instead...

I've got the 1100 - bright enough and I usually have one row of led's flashing, the other on steady, a feature I like. I'm actually quite happy with it but I've just ordered a Mars 4.0 specifically because I want to rack mount it and I've never been happy with the solutions I've tried for the 1100 as it doesn't come with a dedicated rack mount.

hmmm, strange that.. I have them on my bike at the moment and I didn't really notice anything like that. I guesss I better keep an eye on the pressures, if it starts dropping then I might start to loose even more air

Fabulously bright and retina-searing, plus the end-on leds add good side-on visibility. If I've bought a second one, you know it HAS to be good... :welcome:
