I'm usually a 46 or 47 in shoes, but with cycling shoes I like a bit of room as when the weather turns cool it's an advantage. I would say the sizing on these is accurate.
Anyway, I went for 46.5 and they are perfect, magnificent shoes. They do have a high instep, though, but to me it felt like my feet were being cosseted, feel very comfortable indeed.
It's worth an extra £50 to go for the Zonda's IMO.
Clarks 55mm brake shoes £6.99, 2 pairs, good as Swisstops
Looking at sizing, I think I would be a 46.5 as you have gone for.... so - I am a size 12 or at a very push, 11.5 wide fitting in Churchs etc.
What size are you 'normally'? (If you dont mind me asking....)

I am usually a size 11 in normal shoes but I tend to choose a slight size up for cycling shoes. Maybe a 47 would be good for you. All I can say is the sizing is spot on, the toe box has plenty of wiggle room, should help on those colder rides in Autumn.
