Reserved a 12 pound SRAM 1050 chain from halfords yesterday, just picked it up and it is in fact a 1051 as previously stated.
Would have been happy with a 1050 at that price but a 1051 is amazing.

I just bought a pair of Fizik R3 road shoes in red for £90. They are available from various shops at a discounted price, typically around £100, which is a bargain as they retail at £220 (ish). I used them for the first time yesterday and my average speed was up by about 2 to 3 mph over 50 miles. I'll need to do some more road testing but the difference was obvious after the first couple of miles. Halfords have a deal on at the moment on clothing and glasses. £5 off a £25 spend, £10 off a £50 and £25 off a £100 spend. Got some Adidas bib shorts and two pairs of Altura shorts over two separate transactions as there was no point in buying all three at once and losing the £5 reduction on one item. Worth a look and no dodgy assembly required!
