My Planet X parcel arrived today, half an hour after they had emailed me advising it had been dispatched!
I got a merino On-One Tech jacket rrp £120 for £40, a San Marco Ponza seat rrp £70 for £15, a pair of Vermarc neoprene overshoes rrp £30 for a tenner, a couple of £4 tubes for half that, and three rear lights rrp £5 each for £3 altogether. What a bargain!

The older I get, the faster I used to be ...
Also on wiggle, the DHB shorts are down to £17.99, they were £23.99 yesterday, glad I was to lazy to order them

LOL - excellent set up Jazloc. I've tried the Phaart front lights and TBH they were just given away with bikes I've sold. Don't rate them but the strap ons are excellent - 53p each ATM - http://www.planet-x-bikes.co.uk/i/q/LIPHSOFL/phaart_strap_on_led_light

If anyone knows of any good offers on UNDERSHORTS please can you point me in the right direction? My DHB ones that I got for a tenner have lost most of their elasticity but haven't got any holes or lost their shape after 18 months and numerous washes. Although I think they may have shrunk a bit!!

They just seem ridiculously overpriced for what is essentially a pair of boxer shorts - with a pad! Guess I will stretch to £15 delivered if anyone knows of anywhere.

Info about sizing would be greatly received too. I've seen some on Cyclestore for under £20 but am not sure about the fitting and what with RMs inflation smashing price increases it makes things costly to return. Idiots.

Cheers

Not sure you question should be in this thread, but these might be good. Bought a pair recently - the pad is a proper one like you'd get in lycra shorts, not just a bit of material. Stuff around it very breathable so it's not like wearing lycra underneath. Not had extensive wear yet so no long-term test results.

Not a full "bargain" maybe but I agree with you that the price of these things is crazy - paid £20 for something from a major cycling brand which I don't think is as good.

I've a couple of pairs of these and they use Decathlon's basic blue pad. I've been comfy in them for 60-70 miles and would happily buy them again.

Many thanks for this (sorry folks - don't know how to quote it without reopeating the pic).

Mine just arrived at the £3.50 price sportingly highlighted downthread by Stungar.

Post free.

And came with a sample pack of High5 that is pretty much worth the £3.50 in itself!!
