I was after another pair of Endura Humvees but they've changed the design to something I don't like and I never liked the liner. Following a reccomendation on some forum (maybe here) I got a pair of these.

Until end of July if you buy online and collect from one of their stores (no postage for that) there's an extra 15% off if you enter code: SS13CAT3.

So that's £16.14

Very comfy, very light, screw up to nothing if you want to pack for touring.

Also in blue - unfortunately no black.

Anyway - all that's moot. Here is a proper bargain IMO Shimano Sora Triple chainset with BB - £32.99 http://www.merlincycles.com/bike-sh...hainsets-road/shimano-sora-road-chainset.html

Shimano Tiagra Triple with BB £45.95 http://www.merlincycles.com/bike-sh...insets-road/shimano-tiagra-4500-chainset.html

Cashback too - although they do seem very slow at paying unlike CRC / Wiggle.
Thanks for this. Just what I need to kill the creak!

No problem. I bought a BB from CRC for £13 when I developed an incredibly annoying & "feelable" click. Then saw this deal & used my maths GCSE to work out I was paying the same price for an upgraded BB & £20 for new crankset - I got the Sora & sent the BB back to CRC.

Remember to use a cashback site like Topcashback as the pennies all add up!

Honestly one of the biggest bargains I have ever bought. So much that I am probably gonna buy another as spare. Big ring is 50T so be wary of that if you use a small cassette! The good thing about this is that can easily be adapted to SS.

Ordered 6 Phaart Strap On lights and two Phaart Boosters for £7 delivered, bargain.

They are truly excellent lights at the price. Strap Ons are as good or probably better than Knogs. Boosters are direct Smart R1 / 2 clones and use almost identical brackets.

Smart Lunar 25 lux front light £7.99 from Wiggle, list price £34.99

Smart Lunar 25 Front Light in White £7.99 http://www.wiggle.co.uk/smart-lunar-25-lux-front-light/ Remember to get cashback.

Cheapest I have ever seen this light. Have paid £5 just for a bracket before!! Perfectly adequate for road cycling at night. I reckon a pair would be fine for unlit roads. Lifetime guarantee too. This isn't an off road light but then again nor is the price!

- But the pic definitely helps.

A real bargain at the price as these have a lifetime warranty and the Planet X front lights, at under half the price, just aren't great IMO.

I've just bagged a load of stuff off the Planet X site thanks to you guys. On-One Merino tech jacket for £40 instead of £120, San Marco seat for £15 instead of £70, and a few other nick nacks. Total rrp of £200, price to me £72. Well worth a look. Thanks everyone!

To be honest I am not sure why they are so cheap but it's not a misprice as mine have been sent. These average at around £15 each online. Even Wiggle is selling ths as a set with a rear for £44.99 http://www.wiggle.co.uk/smart-lunar-25-lux-front-and-12-watt-rear-light-set/
so £41.50 for a 1/2 watt rear light!

You can get the Smart Lunar R2 rear 2 X 1/2 Watts for £8.99 at Planet X http://www.planet-x-bikes.co.uk/i/q/LISMRTR2/smart_lunar_r2_rear_light or alternatively their own Phaart clones from 89p http://www.planet-x-bikes.co.uk/i/q/LIPHRMRL/phaart_red_mist_5_led_rear_light & http://www.planet-x-bikes.co.uk/i/q/LIPHBSTRL/phaart_booster_05_watt_led_rear_light.

At these prices - well under £10 all in for a very decent set ninja riders are going to annoy me even more!!

All of my rear lights are Phaart clones and everything on the front (except my Cree light) are Phaart clones too.
