Here in Belge land we had some of the cycle stuff arrive this week: the panniers have velcro for straps and the top bag just velcros onto the pannier lids so I gave them a miss. Couldn't be bothered to open up the arm and leg warmers to check for size and we didn't get any of the jackets or gloves  . I did get the gloves last winter and found them better than I expected for 4 quid, however they are not for deep winter use

It is worth noting that their waterproof gloves are similar to the Aldi ones.

So similar in fact that they let in plenty of water too.
Learning from the Aldi ones I tested my LIDL ones and took them back immediately.

I'm horribly confused by their sizing though, I'm usually size 11, but looking on the bottom of the shoes I'm wearing right now they say '45', but according to the Chain Reactions sizing guide 45 is UK size 9.5?

I tried on some Shimano road shoes the other day and 44 was a perfect fit and I am usually a 9 but I think these 44's where the equivalent of a 9.5.

Chain Reactions are doing a price drop clearance until Monday. The last discount has just been applied and there are some good deals to be found if they have your size

I just ordered some new Giordana bibs for £36 instead of £85 retail
I got a Skins compression top for £7 earlier  Seems some nice stuff especially if you're particularly big or small. I need to stop buying stuff regardless though.

Magicshine rear MJ-818, from DX EU warehouse for £34 for the full pack including battery and charger

Picked up a new gilet for £11, been after one for a while with pockets in the back
Very restrained for me to only buy the one item when I 'go' shopping
