I do like the look of the hi -viz vest , for my unlit commute over winter it looks the job to make me stand out in the vehicle headlamps and would not be to hot or flappy .Worth a punt at £4

Tesco are currently selling a road bike currently at £125. Is this extremely good value or just a waste of money?

It is very similar (verging on identical) with my MuddyFox Milano Carva (http://www.muddyfox.com/milano_carva_2008.html). It has shifters on the stem, 14 speed, not the best brakes or quality in the world.
