Flatulence - does anything work to reduce it?

Could be an intolerance, so the normal culprets would be gluten and dairy. Maybe try cutting them out one at a time. It can be very specific to the person e.g. gluten doesn't seem to affect me these days but oats do (they not only give me wind, but rain too)

That's a fair list of things to avoid if you don't want to end up like Johnny Fartpants. I can't see what's infantile about it.

I had a normal output, as far as I know. Going to a keto diet cut that dramatically, and gas was all but eliminated when I went to carnivore.

I find eating more saturated fats and steak, reduced vegetables and especially almost no carbohydrates reduce wind and almost no smells :okay:
 
Why would you want to stop.

As we age the list of things we can enjoy starts to diminish...at 61 years old peeling off a good solid fart is one of things I still enjoy...
