Did approximately 200 miles today and my first impressions are really positive, it’s a very impressive car, the power is just so smooth and linear, the absence of any gear changing makes it very civilised and easy to drive, the technology is very clever and once you’re used to it not that intrusive, the head up display with speed limits and navigation directions is amazing and means that you don't need to look away from the road. So far, so good. Just needs a good clean now!

Just got back from a 600 mile round trip to York and Leeds, the car was effortless, I had to do two quick fast charges to top it up which were done at the same time as coffee/comfort breaks, so zero inconvenience. Real world range is about 280 miles.

The public chargers although unbelievably fast are also unbelievably expensive but they will be used very rarely and even factoring the cost in, still far cheaper than using our old Diesel Golf.
