Ebay no longer charging private sellers

Same here, I received funds within about 24 hours

I have 4K feedback. Am a very regular buyer. And fairly frequent seller. Various limits / stops / checks may be imposed if you’re new to eBay / selling; or it’s your first sale in a while…….(From previous experience of how eBay deals with / vets “New sellers”). Maybe that’s what’s going on here…..
