I checked out the Sloe crop on my Monday ride; looking good.
Too early to pick as yet, but I already have my gin.
Every noticed those tiny worms that emerge from Sloes and float in the gin?
I just sieve them out and don't give them another thought, but I reckon that brainworm story might come to mind when I'm having my first glass!

As near to perfect weather for a bike ride as you could get here. Light wind, temperature 22C, sunny, but with the sun high enough to not get in your eyes.
So I did 40 miles this afternoon, which is quite a lot for me.
