I've still not seen any queues. Locally most people use their cars frequently enough that there's no point filling up because they've got a trip planned some time in the future - in the ordinary course of their driving they'd have used it up by then anyway.
One worrying side effect I saw in central Scotland at the weekend is the amount of diesel on the roads. Presumably eejits have been over filling their tanks because of the 'shortage'. On the 270 degree slip road between the M9 and M90 there was so much diesel on the corner you could smell it.
