I put £20 in my Mini last Saturday. It reached just under half full, which is the most diesel it's had in it since i bought it 2 years ago. I've only done around 15 miles since last Saturday, so that fuel should last me another 2 to 3 weeks at least.

No there isn't. Just a distribution issue. All the clowns are stuck in Leinster House and Stormont.

Theres a filling station at Ripon that is often rammed with queuing vehicles going to it's McDonalds drive thru, if the fuel panic continues maybe the McDonalds will close due to loss of trade.

Random sample of three fuel staions (the only ones I passed today) - all completely out of fuel. Two of them (Tesco & BP in Martlesham) were also out on Monday when I went out for a ride. For a country with a supposed shortage of available fuel, there was a lot of traffic on the roads today - allbeit a bit down on normal.

I have a trip to Cambridge next Thursday - 140 miles with an indicated 200 mile range left shown on the trip computer so I should be OK. To help the MPG there's plenty of HGVs on the A14 to slipstream. After that, there's nothing I need the car for until the 24th and, with any luck, things might be back to normal by then.

They have - but because of the murder zombie pandemic suicide slaughter disaster explosion destruction event that has occurred I cannot get enough petrol to get the required quantity home on my ebike and have to wait until I can destroy the World's resources by taking the car

Well, the local media - Daily Mail wannabes with a vengeance - are portraying this as WWIII and the rapture rolled into one, yet feedback im getting from family is that fuel is reasonably obtainable locally.
