Still no smoker ^_^

I think its getting easier now, still think about having a smoke, but the craving and panic has been a lot less.

Hope its going well for everyone else.

Well done you guys...day 18 for me and feel quite relaxed.
Its a dangerous time though, i still feel like i like the smell, i think one would be nice, even though there's NO way i'm going to.

Definitely don't, (I know you won't though). I hope this doesn't upset any of your apple carts, but I still like the smell of a fresh one after years away from the evil weed, but then I catch the smell of a colleague who's just had one and realise the true smell is in fact not a nice one at all.
Well done all you guys, I take my helmet off to each of you for what you achieved thus far

Yeh the smell thing was a real revelation to me. I wandered around in my smoking days under the impression that 5 minutes after finishing smoking a "friend" I smelt all clean and fresh again and nobody would ever know. It was only after giving up and getting my sense of taste and smell back that I realised that I must have stank like an ashtray all day long (because I began to notice and hate the smell on other people).

Quite.
A few years ago on this very forum I had a bit of a ding dong with someone who claimed that a non smoker would not be able to smell that someone had been smoking in a car. Even after cleaning and the windows had been kept open. He was very wrong or should I say in denial. It may be faint but the smell is there.

What can i say apart from well done to all.

Keep at it.

The "fresh" smell is nice, but i can now smell stale smoke and i have to say the wife was right all these years saying i stank.
